Vedaanta Eden is a retirement villa community under construction on 4 acres of lush greenery in Ettumanoor, Kottayam, a short drive from Kottayam town. It is designed for individuals and couples aged 50 and above who want independent or assisted living within a gated, senior-focused community.

Eden offers four villa configurations: a Standard 2 BHK (land area 1,400–1,500 sq. ft., built-up 800–880 sq. ft.), a Deluxe 2 BHK (land 1,700–1,900 sq. ft., built-up 1,045–1,050 sq. ft.), a Premium 2 BHK (land 2,200–2,300 sq. ft., built-up 1,300–1,500 sq. ft.), and Customised Villas (land 2,500–3,100 sq. ft., built-up 1,600–1,900 sq. ft.). Every villa is senior-friendly and Vastu-compliant.

Healthcare provisions include on-site nursing and paramedical staff with tie-ups for specialist consultations, plus emergency response and regular health monitoring. Wellness amenities include a swimming pool, yoga park, gymnasium, walking tracks, an Ayurvedic wellness centre, a library, a movie theatre, and a seminar hall.
