Bless Retirement Living is an established senior living community in Chembarakky, South Vazhakulam, near Aluva, run by Bless Homes Pvt Ltd since the company's incorporation in 2011. The first resident moved in in 2016, and by the operator's own published timeline the community reached full occupancy with a fourth phase announced in 2023, followed by a third residential block of 71 apartments completed in 2024 — ask the operator directly for the current phase and unit availability, since this changes over time.

Residents choose from Studio, 1-Bedroom, and 2-Bedroom apartments, each fitted with a pantry (fridge, microwave, induction), high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, filtered drinking water, 24x7 hot water, and a private balcony. Every apartment is built geriatric-first: wheelchair-friendly layouts, soft-fall wooden flooring, grab rails and a bath seat, an emergency nursing alarm, sliding doors, and an intercom.

Two living arrangements are offered: a "Right to Live" option, under which residents occupy their chosen apartment rent-free for life, and a Rental Option, a monthly rent plus applicable food and service charges without a long-term commitment. A Short Stay / trial arrangement is also available for families who want to experience the community before committing.

Healthcare is anchored by proximity to Rajagiri Hospital and a fully staffed on-site nursing station in every block, 24/7. Services include periodic vital checks, blood sugar management, wound care, medication administration, family medical updates, by-stander support, help with hospital visits, dementia care, and flexible day/night or 24-hour personal assistance. A dedicated dental and doctor's consultation room brings regular visiting doctors and dentists on-site, alongside radiology services and health-insurance claim assistance.

The five-acre campus is built around communal amenities: a gazebo and koi pond, a saltwater pool and gym, a spa and salon, a cinema hall and amphitheatre, a library and recreation area, common and private dining, and rooftop gardens — alongside a guest lounge, business centre, convenience store, and pharmacy.
